PROFI UAV Protective Structures

PROFI UAV Protective Structures are modular protective and enclosing systems that can be assembled using various types of PROFI scaffolding systems. Depending on project requirements and operating conditions, the structures can be based on ringlock, cuplock, or tube & fitting scaffolding, allowing adaptation of the system in terms of height, geometry, and load-bearing capacity.

Standardized components and unified connection nodes ensure reliability, structural stability, and rapid installation of protective systems tailored to customer requirements.

Successful projects
Below are examples of facilities for which UAV protective structures have already been implemented.
Vertical Storage Tanks
We designed, supplied, and installed protective enclosure systems for vertical storage tanks with capacities ranging from 400 to 10,000 m². The scaffolding structures were designed as individual towers with rigid interconnections, ensuring full spatial rigidity and stability of the circular structure.

For tanks with large diameters, additional supporting towers were erected on the roof. The solutions were adapted to meet high requirements for reliability and operational stability.
Horizontal Storage Tanks
We implemented a full range of measures for the development and installation of passive protection systems against UAV-related risks for horizontal tanks with capacities ranging from 10 to 500 m².

The structural concept was similar to the solutions used for vertical tanks; however, the scaffolding was designed in a rectangular configuration with roof bracing made of tubes.
Other Facilities
We developed and implemented turnkey customized solutions to ensure physical protection of various critical technological facilities against potential UAV-related threats.

In several projects, scaffolding structures with cantilever sections were installed, and temporary access routes and elevated walkways were provided.
